How and when will you ship my item?
We ship US Postal Service First Class or Priority Mail. Orders are shipped within 1 - 2 business days of receiving cleared payment. Shipping days are Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please notify us immediately if items are damaged in shipment. Keep all of the original packing materials including the box. Photos of the shipping container and the damaged merchandise will be required. Once proper documentation has been received, a refund will be provided.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns within 14 days unless otherwise noted in the listing. Any item returned must be in the same condition as shipped, well packaged and include tracking information. If an item was sold “new with tags”, the tags must still be attached. We do not accept returns for clothing that does not fit properly and we urge you to carefully review the measurements provided. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges unless we have made an error in the listing. If you decide to return an item, please contact us to set up the return.
Do you have a size chart for clothing?
No, please use the measurements provided in the listing to insure correct size. Do not go by tag size (S, M, L, XL, etc.) as these vary greatly by manufacturer.
Please be aware that most of the clothing we sell is pre-owned and has been worn, washed, and may show signs of minimal wear. This is the nature of pre-owned or vintage clothing and such wear would not constitute a reason for refund. Also remember that pre-owned clothing items may fit differently depending on prior customization or some shrinkage. Check measurements given in description to compare with an article of clothing that you already own. If you would like additional measurements or photos, please don’t hesitate to ask.
